Drawing upon over two decades as a priest and pastor, Fr. Stephen has a remarkable talent for building collaborative relationships among parish staffs. On this retreat day for parish staff, he will share his extensive experience, highlighting the valuable lessons learned while working alongside diverse leadership teams in successful parishes. Holy Family offers you this opportunity to get away for a day, spend some quiet time in prayer and reflection, receive some food for thought and good food for your body, too. Celebration of the Eucharist and lunch are included. All parish staff and clergy are encouraged to attend.

Presenter Profile
Fr. Stephen Sledesky has been a priest and pastor in the Archdiocese of Hartford for over twenty-five years. He is currently the pastor of St. Mary’s parish and school in Simsbury, CT. Fr. Stephen is widely known as a person who not only preaches the Good News of the Gospel but lives it in his ministry at every level.
