The Still Small Voice: Rediscovering Your Purpose
Retreat Day for Parish Staff
Wednesday, April 24, 2019
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sometimes, in the midst of daily life with all its responsibilities and tasks, we can lose sight of why we do the work we are doing. At some point in our lives, we inevitably ask ourselves, “Does what I do even matter?” As a parish minister, you are invited to come on retreat with others involved in church ministry to be renewed and strengthened in your important role as a public witness to the Gospel. Together we’ll reflect on the joys, burdens, and opportunities that come with parish life.
Holy Family offers you this opportunity to get away for a day, spend some quiet time in prayer, meet new friends, share your ideas with others, and enjoy food for thought and good food for the body, too. Lunch and celebration of the Eucharist are included. All parish office staff and clergy are encouraged to attend. There is no charge for this day; this is our gift to you.
