This fall, our adventures in naturally gluten free baking goes to the Pacific to explore the very flexible rice-based filled mochi balls from Japan (which can be sweet or savory) and the chewy, custardy Hawaiian butter mochi cake. Both can be enjoyed by all, especially folks that need to avoid gluten, since they are naturally gluten free. Space is limited to 16 participants.
Offering: $75, includes lunch and baking ingredients

Pam Hardiman
Pam Hardiman creates vibrant liturgical fiber art at her studios in Farmington, CT, and Ludlow, VT, including banners, paraments, vestments, and clothing. Author of Raise the Banners High!, Pam has done this work full time since 2004. Her work is in churches, schools, hospitals, and retreat centers (including Holy Family) across the country and around the world. When not creating in her studio she can be found in her kitchen baking delicious breads and other tasty treats.
