This eight week-series will guide a small community of participants through a spiritual exploration as they navigate the path of loss and the grieving process. The group experience will offer deep listening, compassion, and camaraderie while encouraging self-care and patience. Through sharing our stories in the space of these sessions we will deepen our self-knowledge in the experience of grief. Conscious awareness of the inner journey of grief will offer support as well guide us on the path towards personal healing and transformation. We follow a companioning model of support and welcome you wherever you are on your own journey.
