Finger Labyrinths

Saturday, May 1, 2027
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Kathy Parulski and Beth Malley

A finger labyrinth is a handheld, miniature version of a traditional walking labyrinth used for mindfulness, meditation, and stress relief. Instead of walking with your feet, you trace the continuous single path to the center and back out using your finger or a small stylus.  Using a finger labyrinth for prayer is a meditative practice that helps quiet the mind and focus your intentions. It involves three main stages: releasing worries on the way in, receiving peace in the center, and returning with renewed strength. We will create a finger labyrinth with supplies provided to you.

This retreat is sponsored by The Monastery Gallery of Art.

Offering: $75, includes lunch and supplies
