Men's Matt Talbot Recovery Retreat - Group #28
Recovering Relationships through Recovery
February 15-17, 2018
Fr. Guy Sciacca
Using scripture as well as AA principles and practices, Fr. Guy will help you explore how actions may have affected your past relationships, what role you played in creating damaged relationships, and what you can do to heal damaged relationships.
At Holy Family, we invite men in recovery into a peaceful atmosphere where you can rest, renew your spiritual life, and deepen your sobriety. Hear an inspiring lecture, get a massage (extra fee), catch up on some rest, and care for yourself as we care for you in mind, body, and spirit. Our Matt Talbot weekends are open to ALL people, from ALL backgrounds, regardless of whether or not you are a member of a church. The retreat begins on Friday with a buffet dinner from 6:00-7:45 p.m. and concludes on Sunday around 11:00 a.m.
A Day to Breathe
Enjoy some breathing space by arriving on retreat a day early—on Thursday night after dinner. On Friday, you can sleep in, have a nutritious breakfast and lunch, take a quiet walk, or catch up on some rest before the inspiring weekend retreat begins. To sign up for A Day to Breathe, simply register as an "Individual with A Day to Breathe" when you pick your retreat weekend.
