Create a village of Christmas houses using paper and acrylic paint, then make them come alive with tea lights. You will complete at least one house and have the template to make more on your own. No experience necessary.

Beth Malley is co-curator of the Monastery Gallery of Art and a certified Zentangle teacher who enjoys helping others explore their artistic and creative gifts. She has taught Zentangle privately and at Copper Beech Institute, Grace Academy and Our Lady of Calvary Retreat Center. Her artworks have been displayed at the West Hartford Public Library, Golden Thread Gallery and Monastery Gallery of Art. She is a docent at the Wadsworth Atheneum and likes to knit and crochet.Kathy Parulski is co-curator of the Monastery Gallery of Art and an accomplished bookbinder and book artist. Her work ranges from the restoration of family Bibles to original book works using metal edge binding and recycled materials. She has taught adults and children throughout New England and has exhibited extensively in Connecticut. A certified Zentangle teacher and former newspaper publisher, she holds a graduate certificate in women’s spirituality from the Women’s Leadership Institute at Hartford Seminary.
