Bill Heiden is an historian and a social justice entrepreneur. With 25 years’ experience in strategy and marketing, he worked in a variety of high tech industries, including space launch. He is currently the President of Levo, International, Inc., an international development organization, that advances food security and economic progress where it is needed most. As an historian of technology, he conducts research relating to economic development, culture, religion, and power. Among other publications, Bill has written for the History News Network, the Hartford Courant, and The Activist History Review.
