Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry was started right here in Connecticut and has spread to churches and groups around the world. Come and experience this meditative and prayerful practice. We knit or crochet prayer shawls woven with our blessings and prayers for those in need. Donations of unused skeins of yarn for our "community stash” are welcome. Enter through the front of the Retreat Center, entrance #4, and follow the signs, or through the Center Building, entrance #1, under the maroon awning and take the elevator to the second floor. For additional information, contact Beth Malley at email@example.com. Meetings are the second Saturday of each month (except for July and August) in the Second Floor Classroom, 8:30-10:30 a.m. Beginners and experienced knitters welcomed!
