Snowflake Ornament Making

Take a break from the holiday rush to create a Christmas ornament or gift tag using the ancient art of quilling. You will learn how to make 3-4 different patterns of snowflakes. No experience is necessary. This fun and easy-to-learn technique can also be used to make flowers, mandalas and other works of art.
Offering: $50 (includes materials and a light meal)

After completing over 20 years in financial services marketing, Beth retired and has found her creative side in a combination of knitting, crocheting and the art of Zentangle. She has been a docent at the Wadsworth Atheneum for over 20 years. She has taught Zentangle at Copper Beech Institute, West Hartford, CT and Grace Academy, Hartford, CT. She has led the Holy Family Knitting Day several times, including this coming year, March of 2018.
