Labyrinth Day Retreat: Peace on the Rocks
Saturday, October 27, 2018
10:00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m.
Cathy Rigali and Sr. Lorraine Villemaire, C.S.J.
Come and walk Holy Family’s labyrinth and cultivate peace in your heart and mind. Put one foot in front of the other, relax, empty your mind and let God’s Spirit guide you. Walk along its path and feel the energy of multiple stones, a symbolism of truth and wholeness. Each stone connects you to the Earth and the Universe. Feel the ground beneath your feet and embrace all of nature around you. Walking a labyrinth is truly a gift you give to yourself.
Offering: $75 (includes lunch)
Cathy has worked as a nurse and teacher in a variety of settings. She facilitates creative writing workshops and lectures on substance abuse. She is the producer of the documentary The Pathway to Change: A Jail Labyrinth Project and is passionate about bringing labyrinth experiences to wider circles of people.
