Holy Family has a 30-day return policy.  You can return any item, to the bookstore,  in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, if accompanied by your receipt. If no receipt, a credit will be issued for the return amount,  less shipping and handling charges (if applicable).

Your $100 overnight/weekend retreat deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferable to any other retreat. You may also leave your deposit as a tax deductible donation. Any amount over $100 is refundable upon request.

Non overnight programs: If you are not able to attend a program for which you registered, you can apply your deposit toward another program.
