Order a Supply

Order a supply of Mass Cards to keep on hand and use when you need one. We ask that you limit the total amount of Mass cards per order to 6 and Mass folders to 4. Please fill out and submit the form below. Mary Ellen will acknowledge your request promptly. Please remember - you do not make your donation offering until you use a card or folder.

Please note any orders received after 3:15 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Card or Folder is sent out promptly.
