You have three options when selecting your mass cards or folders:

Option 1. Select a Mass Card or Folder Online
After selecting the card or folder, complete the online form and submit; we will send the intention  enrollment out for you. You have the option of using a credit card or waiting for an invoice to come.

Option 2. Select your Cards or Folders By Mail 
Print and complete the Order by Mail form and send it to Holy Family.  We will then send you the selections you requested.

Option 3. You may also call the Mass Card office directly with your selections.
