While the Annual Fund is for our day to day operations and is necessary to maintain our facility and programs, major gifts are always required for special purposes.  Holy Family has four areas of greatest need: replacing our 58-year-old boilers, replacing our roofs, renovating the retreat center dining room, and replacing our 58-year-old windows.  Our aim is always to increase Holy Family's energy efficiency.  With new roofs, for instance, becasue we are a non-profit, we will be able to enter a power purchase agreement with a solar supplier and install solar panels on the roofs at no cost to Holy Family.
